Looks like I'm slowly going back down. I havent completly lost my whole 3 pounds I gained from my vacation. But I have lost a total of 12 inches. That's not too bad. I'll take it!

194.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
