I'm down three but not because I followed the plan - actually I quit the plan early on but then realized this was a stupid plan of attack to get where I wanted to be. Then I got sick and well... maybe that's the real reason I'm down. No matter, it feels good and I think the ups and downs of the last few will carry me through to the next level of weight. I feel more determined to lose the next six pounds; it's been a while since I had this feeling so maybe I'll actually succeed. No no, I will succeed, and then we'll attack the next 10 pounds!
