Things are going great! I am eating 100% whole wheat bread, tortillas & hamburger buns, all in moderation. I have had nothing fried, potatoes are boiled, baked or creamed. I eat lots of berries and cottage cheese. I also eat peanuts, almonds and pecans for snacks. I try to eat a banana and an apple during the course of the day. Oh yes, don't forget the pinto beans, a staple in New Mexico! I am eating between 60 and 100 carbs per day!!!
