Finally another drop in weight! I have stuck to Atkins faithfully since finding out the carbs in the Raspberry Chipotle dressing the other day. I'm kinda bored with salads, though, and think I'll investigate some new recipes.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations on the drop. How long have you been doing Atkins? I just started yesterday although I tried it about 5 years ago with success, until I quit on myself. Not happening this time though. Good luck.
