Weighed in today and showed a 5lb weight loss, love the keto diet as I am not ever hungry and I like all the foods.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes, i watch my % more than calories. I have managed to maintain fats at 70% or above, protein at 20% and carbs at 10% or less. I am never hungry, I don't feel like it is a diet, eat more now than ever before.
