...And here it goes! It seems like I am finally about to gain the weight now. I'm almost 15 weeks and my tummy is starting to round out. I can't believe I'm almost at 20 weeks, which is the halfway mark of pregnancy. I'm still trying to eat sensible and trying to stay away from the junk food/cravings and eating real, whole foods. I made a goal to myself to not eat junk food for the rest of this month. I was starting to get out of hand with eating my cravings and not real meals. Thankfully, the morning sickness has subsided and I can eat real food. It still bothers me at times, but I try to work through it. Also, I'm trying to keep active so that after this pregnancy, the weight loss should be a breeze.

On a side note, I still have days where I still see the "fatter" me of when I was at my heaviest. I know it's just my mind playing tricks on me because when I look in the mirror or see pictures of myself, I don't see the old me. It crazy how our minds can play tricks on us. I hope you all are having a wonderful day. Let's keep our minds and bodies in good shape.

123.5 lb Lost so far: 56.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so glad to hear that you are doing so well. I suspect we all have some days when our brain plays tricks on us, mixing up the views we have of ourselves. Know that you are strong and beautiful! :)
