losing the weight slowly but alhamdulillah surely and without making crazy diet plans...well so far. I'm going to keep this routine up till the 10th. I will have a cheat meal on the 11th and start the one week diet on the 12th insha Allah. I hope I'm at least 67kgs till then. I doubt it, at the pace I'm going...but still, nothing wrong in being hopeful right? :)
