I really only lost 2 pounds this week. I wish the "losing X lb a week" used a 7 day rolling avg. I generally show a day or two at the same weight or a slight increase then I show a loss of a pound on the third day. I guess because I weigh every day that the only way the weekly weight loss would be correct would be to average it or take the loss over a 7 day period instead of from one measurement to the next.
