Okay water weight from this weekend, feel free to go away. I have a very tight bridesmaids dress to fit into this weekend... lots of water for me. Hope everyone is having a good week so far! Saw Def Leppard last night, so I am tired, but it was worth it...
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh I would have enjoyed that concert! Don't worry, the water weight will disappear soon. It happens. Have you tried lowering your sodium and upping your water intake? Just an idea. Glad you had fun last night! Enjoy the rest of your week as well! :)

Looking at my sodium for what I know I will eat today, it's high. But yes, I am trying to do low salt and tons of water :)
