What a weekend. I did a lot of working and working out this weekend, but with only a half pound loss, I am still happy. I know that I started to build a little muscle too, because I took my total gym and went up another level and noticed how great it felt. I also noticed a soreness in my muscles I haven't had in a while, so I think I may be building up some more. I had a couple of friends this weekend tell me how much slimmer I am looking, so even tho the scale is moving slowly, there is a big difference in how much fat I am losing. I also have been drinking a lot of water too. Just yesterday alone, I had almost a gallon and a half, and the day before it was just over a gallon. So, I try to keep on that route with the water, maybe I'm still holding it in. I did have more salt than normal this weekend. We shall see what Friday brings. Hope you all had and excellent weekend.
