My body is really getting into diet mode now! A little more weight is shaved off each morning when I step on the scale. I'm very proud of myself and can't wait to reach my goal!
111.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
