Woke up thinking I havent lost any weight but alhamdulillah, the scales have pleased me again!
Seriously, just a tweak in my lifestyle, of choosing healthy foods, instead of going on an extreme diet, it has really helped. I havent even hit the gym yet!
God you are seriously, truly kind. Hope I will meet my target before I meet my husband in a few days.
