Havent been able to exercise at all to be honest, and I wake up so late I end up skipping breakfast by default. But I do eat shortly after I wake up, that should count right?
Alhamdulillah, I've been losing steady weight even though all I've done is limit my diet by a few things, I'm not even following a very strict diet.
Hope I lose more by the end of my trip.
