Well,

I have been on deployment - And as usual I ate like a king!

First day back, and straight back to the gym.

I dont mind putting weight on when I am away working for my country.
195.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
