Sometimes you just need to treat yourself.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Yes, but I try to treat myself to a new workout dvd, outfit, manicure, etc, lol! I don't like to reward myself with food because it sets up cycle of good/bad. If I want something, I have it. I just plan for it in to my day. But you are doing great. Look at your weight loss!!!
