I have been out there walk/running for three evenings. Today and Tomorrow I will be working out with weights in the morning and then going for my walk/run. I have changed my eating to slim fast, Special K, and Lean Cuisine. I did want real food last night so I made spaghetti. And it was so good. LOL
131.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice loss - may I suggest you be careful about too much processed stuff? Lean Cuisine is portion control but has lots of sodium and chemical additives. I do know it is convenient though...you are doing well.

oh wow! I didn't know that, Thank you very much for the information. I will surely slow down on eating them. That information help alot. I have also started the Slim Quick diet pills and the Slim Quick pure drink mix together, I am hoping they help curb my appetite.

Also be careful with diet pills etc. Most are not good for your body. Just eat whole natural unprocessed food.

It's good that you are cutting back on certain foods try adding all your ingredients together then divide by how many servings you will be surprised that you can make your own lean cuisine and it probably cost less. I have done this and it works I like lean cuisines too but have made my own and it equals to the same amount or a little more buts remember its always better if you can make it yourself good luck and well done so far
