trying to get back on track . . . and stay there; cold air and or rain and shortening days have messed with my active outdoor dream lifestyle, so to put some pep into the fall doldrums I JOINED A GYM - first time in my life
127.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
