thanks... its a 2 week weigh in, so i dont think its very good..... i ate carbs on the 4th and went to Chinese dinner in the same week.. i can really feel the carbs, bloated, swollen, hurting... im back on track now, detoxing my body from them, inshallah.. :)

I KNOW we all want FASTER progress....but...If I could guarantee you a pound a week loss for the next two years would you take it? MY guess is YES...but I cannot give you that guarantee...but I can say....GOOD JOB, BUDDy!!!! Keep on Keeping on!!!!!

You went off plan a little you got back on that is truly what counts. We are human not machines. And still you have a loss I would be a happy camper! It may not be what you hoped for but it is still progress. Be happy with every little progress.

I, too, ventured off the path a bit and am now finding it hard to get back my mojo! Good for you that you corrected the direction and had the 2# loss! Maybe your efforts will inspire me!!!!
