SORE! Still holding on to water. My knees feel like they will explode. Wonder what my real weight is once that is gone?
242.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weighed in this morning at 250 even. Been sore all weekend.. especially in the knees and shoulders. I think I ate too much salt. Is it possible water and fluid will make you gain that much? I haven't been exercising officially. I've been working in my garden, mowing grass, and general labor around my house. I will start riding my bike today after work.

You can retain a lot of water. FS member Draglist can tell you all about it, I told him he's sponge Bill squarepants, Bill is his name ;-)
