I am loosing weight pretty fast at the moment, I wonder how long it will continue??? If anyone wants to know what I am doing it is only using the shakes for breakfast and lunch, eating a snak between them such as a peach, apple, or banana and 2 cla pills along with drinking green tea during the day and strong lemon water at night.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
