I was on track to lose 2 lbs this week...then came the weekend. We had a family get together and my aunt taught us how to make authentic vietnamese food. All of it was delicious and the majority of it was fried. I enjoyed myself and the food I ate! I still lost 1 lb...just did not hit my 2 lbs goal for the week.
