OMG 150! (Ok, plus 4 ounces, but I don't care about that.) As far as I'm concerned, I reached my original goal of 150 this morning!!! It took only 7 months and 11 days, but I did it. I did it!!! *happy dance*

Yes, I'm crying. I'm smiling. I'm laughing out loud...and trying not to wake the family since it's 5 AM. LOL

God, how I wish I'd learned about this low carb life style 10 years ago! At least I know it now. And I'm never going back to the old me...the 200 lbs me.

Whoo hoo!!!

Now, on to my next goal... Just 5 more pounds (& 4 ounces, hehe) and I'll be back to where I was in my late teens, early 20s. I might be in my early 40s now, but I'm feeling very young again! :)
150.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it does, jsfantome. It feels awesome just knowing I'm at a healthy BMI. I have more energy and don't get winded as much as before. And I feel great in my clothes...and while trying on clothes, too, for that matter! :) Thanks, Sk1nnyfuture and Bird Fancier. I have to give credit to "giving us all hope" to a low carb life style. Before I learned the INs and OUTs of changing old eating habits to a new, low carb plan, I never would've succeeded! But you all can do it, too, just by making the right decision at every meal and each time you choose a snack. Keep a positive attitude and (like my Mom told me) "Don't dwell on what foods you can't have, but focus on all of the great foods you can have."
