Fell yesterday and hurt my foot pretty bad. Gonna take it easy- figures I booked an apt w personal trainer at the gym for tomorrow to kick it up a notch! Still gonna go- the rest of my body still works!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
