I knew last week was just a some water retention. A tip I learned a while back, when TOM is visiting try some Benefiber in your water. It doesn't ALWAYS help but most of the time I have found that it really does make a difference.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 138.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
