so my run went very well yesterday, new pb of 26:07,

168.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 1.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Until recently all the parkruns "local" to me have been over an hour away, now there is one at Ystalyfera, only 35 minutes away, very handy👍
