Back down, embracing the journey of fluctuation as I make my way towards my ideal weight. About 8 lbs away with just less than 30 days to go. I know setting a ‘goal’ or adhering to a ‘diet’ is t sustainable so if I make it I make it. If not I think I’ll be in a lot better shape at least, with a bit more discipline, to be comfortable with myself. Had almost a whole bag of medium popcorn at the movies last night… that didn’t feel very good when I was done. But ‘The Challengers’ was a great movie, highly recommend.
