My scale says I gained 1.3 lbs of muscle since yesterday! I know I lifted weights for the first time in almost 2 weeks, but that number seems high. But I also don't have any other explanation for the weight jump, I ate within my goals and got a good amount of exercise in.
212.9 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
