fat 41.8% the soup is very satisfying and also takes out the constant question what am I going to eat or opening the fridge mindlessly. just walking to Sliema and taking the bus part of the way also made me get out of the house and start walking again. we get caught up with chores and phone scrolling and whatever, best to stick to a plan. did cardio burn learn yesterday, making a timetable. it's already been a month since I was this weight. I want to get rid of it forever!
