I've been trying to eat more protein, so yesterday and today, I ate a lot of chicken. I ate late last night, but it was one chicken. I'm eating again tonight because I didn't eat enough all day. I know I shouldn't be eating late, but I'm so hungry. I'm worried about what I'll see on the scale tomorrow morning.... :( (Eating Thai egg omelet using just egg whites though. Still worried.)
130.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating late won't effect weight-loss . It may have other issues for some (indigestion, etc.).

Down 4 lbs you must be doing something right! Weight goes up & down as you no doubt know seeing that you are more than half way to your target weight. Try not to worry about 1 days number.If it goes up it will come back down.I'd be more afraid of feeling that I couldnt eat when I was truly hungry. Hunger is the way our bodies tell us its time to fuel up.Listen to your body,please, it has a survival system designed to keep us alive.
