I'm a little bummed that I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted to this week. This weekend is sure to bring on high calories foods, as we're going to a friend's house to eat. I'm quite worried about what the scale will say next week. I'll TRY to eat as healthy as possible....but I don't think that'll happen. :(
129.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
