On the train to Portland,Oregon! Food has been less of a problem aboard than I feared. As a sleeping car passenger, I have fresh fruit available most of the day, and it looks like I'll be able to come up with at least one Paleo dish per meal (if I ignore the inevitable starches.)
In unrelated news, I've gotten to roll past some amazing California coastline and may even have gotten a few decent photos.
