I sorted out my sleep schedule in the past 2 weeks while on a work trip to Midrand. After coming back last Friday, I started a water fast on Saturday till Monday midday. Now I'm on the carnivore diet and still doing my regular exercises.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
