That was interesting. Yesterday was day 3 of higher calories. I decided to try it with restricting carbs a bit and going with protein and high fat. Down a pound. :)

The plan now is calorie cycling. Maintenance calories one day followed by cutting calories on the alternate day. I'm just finding that being more restrictive isn't working. Hopefully the maintenance days will allow the endocrine system to balance so the fat starts coming off again.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1624 kcal Fat: 97.46g | Prot: 105.97g | Carb: 79.53g.   Lunch: Bratwurst, Italian Sausage, Chicken Thigh. Dinner: Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing and Marinade, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Potato Chips, Chicken Breast, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. Snacks/Other: Watermelon. more...

I love how you experiment and try alternate things - I so the same until something works for a while.

Thank you for reminding me to weigh the body each day. I inform my weight at June 29, 2015 was 79.5 kg. I did a 1700 calorie per day diet, low in fat and low in purines. My goal is 73 kg until September, 2015

Interesting - higher calories but carbs restricted = lose a pound. Nice results, that's how my body handles carbs also. Good plan you have, finding what works the best at this point for you.
