Carbs were up. only 1600 calories yesterday. Took Naproxen past two days. The amount of salt I consumed yesterday plus pain meds leas to a lot of water retention. This 4 lb gain in one night is not from fat/calories.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
