Getting near to my body-set-weight which is the easy part - getting down below 65 is harder, but I think I'm on a roll, I've completely changed the way I eat,- going for a 'one meal a day' diet which i want to sustain forever - and I have stopped eating my husband's diet - that really helps. - makes dinnertimes a bit odd though - specially since I am also trying to eat my main meal earlier in the day - this has been proven to be better for weight loss and metabolism.
