Finished 3rd week of C25K it was much easier today than Monday. Next week is going to be extremely hard both mentally and physically. Weight needs to come down in order to run. My ankles and knees hurt when I run.

Finished 3 sets of 60 pound Incline dumbell presses.

3 Sets of 80 Barbell Curls with a curved bar.

3 Sets of seated rows on machine at a weight of 165

2 Sets of tricep pushdowns with 44 pounds which is too light.

Feel stronger but weight needs to come off.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.0 lb a week
