Oh wow! I am super pleased with my weight in!! I have not weighed myself or made any effort to eat well in over 6 months and only gained a pound!! Great to see that all my hard work from spring had not been put to waste and now I'm ready to lose more!!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
