I've been worried about my meds, but after losing two pounds just yesterday after a week of poor eating, I have to wonder. I think my doctor is right: I need to continue being diligent about my eating, start exercising, and give it some time before we decide it's my meds that are the problem.

Actually, I didn't record the 257 from yesterday here, so it looks like I gained weight. I guess technically I did. Argh. It's better to look at my weight over a longer term!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have read a short description of the med you are taking, and I hope you feel better soon! Side effects look hard to manage but sometimes you have to do what the doctor says so you can get on with your life better and better!
