I'm a stress eater. Need to find a better way to handle stress. How do you handle the stress of a sick elderly parent? Who has multiple infections and is possibly dying. I don't know, but eating isn't right.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 114.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t know how to handle the stress but I know that you have to take time for yourself and your well being as well. Self care whatever that may mean for you just carve out some time for you to refocus and recenter. I am sorry you are going through that. Both of my parents have been gone for many years. Just do the best you can and get help with responsibilities if you need. 💜
