Hi everyone ,
Today I had breakfast Richmond meat free sausages they taste amazing just like the real pork ones since I am trying to limit my meat intake
Highly recommend them for vegans or vegetarians or people like me who are avoiding meat in their diet I cooked them in the air fryer lovely with HP sauce yum
172.4 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They're so tasty, love them with swede and carrot mash and green beans 😋 Asda didn't have the regular ones when I did my shopping so I'm trying the sage and onion ones this week.

Yum classic always the best I grew up on British classic despite my Middle Eastern back ground am rather traditional in my ways food is everything 😂
