Busy day yesterday ... Moved around a lot doing everyday things, which I believe is the secret -- not an hour in the gym 3 x a week, but building a different kind of movement that carries throughout my life. My strange up and down weight pattern continues. And I will continue to keep track of my intake to see if I can pinpoint why I can go up four pounds overnight.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For what it's worth, water intake and specific dietary items could cause you to retain water. I am a different body type but I can fluctuate 5-10 lbs depending on my 72 hour intake. You should take a rough weight once a week (don't ever take this for gospel) and, then measure every 15-30 days. Other than that take notice how your clothing is fitting, that is indeed the true measurement.
