Buenos días! Subida de peso por acumulación de líquidos, que ayer estuvimos de cumpleaños.
Hoy han tocado ejercicios de rehabilitación para la cadera: masaje con pelota de tenis y rulo, estiramientos y ejercicios de fuerza enfocados en glúteos.

Good morning! Weight gain due to fluid accumulation, because yesterday we had a birthday celebration.
Today, I did rehabilitation exercises for the hip: massage with a tennis ball and roller, stretching, and strength exercises focused on the glutes.
128.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
