Continuing to focus on high protein. Nice that I’ve been able to enjoy pizza and Mexican food out on occasion. Not a whole lot add at this time, expected to lose this weigh in and would like to lose a bit more on Friday when I weigh in. Back on the grind…
163.4 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
