I didnt keep track this weekend as a grazed fruits and veggies all weekend. Ran around some but mostly socialized and hung out with friends and family. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
