@Snowwhite every pound helps yes! I “gained”3.2 overnight. Chronic inflammation is awful! I’ll continue to diet and exercise. I see my endocrinologist on June and will ge asking a million questions. I take Ladixxdaily and hate it. I tried IF then just fasting until lunch all while staying under 1200 calories. I swim twice a week laps and do yoga plus walk as much as I can. I won’t give up but it’s frustrating!
