Today was typical of my Sunday zumba and spin 10000 steps plus. Last night I did my fav leslie sansone walk video slim and sleek. I also did a weight lifting video. Kinda mad at myself I wasn't able to get my 10000 steps in. I should have done the walking video twice. I have been reading books regarding diet and two that have really activated my interest are the flex diet by dr.beckerman and the drop 10 diet self magazine by lucy danziger. The reason I liked both were that they are easy reads with practical concepts that are easy to in corporate in daily life. The drop ten discusses superfoods. Last night I made a really great dish sun dried tomatoes artichokes mushrooms pesto and parmesan cheese.most of these are highlighted in the book I never liked artichokes but I liked my dish and have started seeing artichokes in a different light.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
