This is now 2 weeks with no weight loss. Getting very discouraged.

Need to hang in there, at least I know I'm doing the right things, and eating healthy.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 August 2011:
1213 kcal Fat: 80.91g | Prot: 98.06g | Carb: 22.00g.   Breakfast: Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Red Tomatoes, sausage patty, egg. Lunch: 3 ham slices. Dinner: gravy, asparagus, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: nuts, heavy cream. more...
