I honestly don't know what happened! I've done aerobics twice this week, and walked 3 kms yesterday. I counted calories all week. Maybe did go over some of my RDI for weight loss, but certainly not for maintenance,

Bummer.

But I do have a sneaking suspicion that it's water from water melon.

Gad! this is painfully long.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

I feel for you. I have had lots of struggles lately. I am beginning to think salt is my culprit. Keep on going, we will succeed. This is a forever thing so we need to remember not to let short setbacks stop us. Good luck

Maybe you are just retaining water or bowel content.

Please log your food more so I can see what you are eating, or just on the days you write a journal entry-weight shift. Yea what snow said or could be pms. Also you are building muscle, remember is heavier. êtreinte
