Steady… thank goodness. I didn’t have enough lunch and ended up eating junk that was in the office. Cookies, Lindt truffles and jelly beans. Thank goodness I stayed steady. I’m gonna have to keep something in the office for now on.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OTB yep I usually kee oatmeal but ran out. Today I brought some. Now just got make sure to keep it stocked up
