Need to step up the exercise...lagging in that aspect of the diet.....
162.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week

Just try adding 10 minutes here and there...every little bit helps.

Slowly work your way up dont jump to fast or you may hurt yourself. add a walk after meals if possible is a great way to start
